Deposit will be refunded one week prior to scheduled stay less $20.00 service charge per room. After seven days, deposit will be refunded only upon the resale of entire reservation, less $20.00 service charge per room.

Your reservation is confirmed only when Bed & Breakfast Newport receives your deposit, at which time we will send a confirmation and explicit directions to you, the guest.
